Your appointment time is reserved for you. Late cancellation and no shows result in lost income for your therapist. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivilant to the cost of treatment.

That being said, life happens and flexibility is provided for emergencies and illness. Please make all efforts to communicate any need to change appointments. The same flexibility and understanding may be asked of you in cases of emergency or illness relating to your therapist.

Pre- and post-natal massage therapy is a great way to ease muscular tension and stress brought on by the many changes that occur during and after pregnancy. The Body Cushion system allows clients to be comfortably supported in prone, supine and side lying positions, often through to the end of pregnancy.

Alisha has extensive experience working with expectant parents, including complicated pregnancies. She spent 8 years practising at an exclusively pre- and post-natal clinic and stays informed on current research and best practices. She is especially passionate about helping post cesarean clients in their healing.
